Barbarian Brewing approached me in late 2016 to take on some ongoing design work — mostly marketing assets and a bit of illustration and product photography, but also some website redesign concepts. Aside from just being a really fun perpetual gig, the work has been a great exercise in illustrative style exploration, user experience research, responsive UI design and a little bit of web development on the WordPress side of things. Since the beginning of the project I've been able to assist with social media marketing initiatives for the brewery, bust out a few t-shirts and do a bit of bottle photography on the side.
